ToolFlowKit provides instructions, original practice files, prompts, and checks. You run the software on your own computer or chosen service, using your own accounts and paying any model, subscription, or hosting charges.
1. Find a task that matches your situation
Open a workflow for the result you need. Its introduction names the reader, recurring problem, required input, and output.
- Store owner: write a product description from checked facts.
- Store owner: clean a supplier export and preserve exceptions.
- Project lead: organize notes into a mind map.
- Business operator: prepare a checked weekly report.
- Project lead: turn a recording and transcript into reviewed minutes.
- Business operator: compare supplier terms with source documents.
2. Download the practice material
Save the original input, instructions, and reference output together. Fictional examples are labeled. Reference outputs help you inspect the expected structure and checks; they are not promises about every software run.
3. Prepare your chosen software
Follow the linked tool guide for platform requirements, account setup, execution location, and costs. Start with the manual route when it fits. A local model, a cloud subscription, and API usage are separate arrangements.
4. Follow the steps in that tool
Copy an expression into the specified field, use a prompt in your chosen AI service, or run a command after replacing its example paths. Keep the original input unchanged. The download and official-project links take you to files and software; they do not run a model inside ToolFlowKit.
5. Check the result against the originals
Use the workflow's checks for counts, identifiers, sources, dates, conditions, and unresolved questions. The reference file gives a small comparison case. If an important value differs, inspect that step before using the result.
6. Save a routine for next time
Keep the input requirements, reviewed instructions, software settings/version, output, and run notes together. Repeat the checks when a new file arrives; source formats and facts can change.
